Stripe processing rates apply per their published Canadian pricing and can vary by card type and payment method. Players who pay with BallerField credits carry no Stripe fee. Field rental and equipment costs are not included.

Player safety
Every player has a profile and rating. Hosts can flag bad behaviour and we act on reports, which keeps the culture good for everyone.

Each game has its own chat thread with the roster so you can share parking notes, lineup changes, or a last-minute heads-up.

List your usual venues once with cover photo and location. Players see the map and turn-by-turn directions on every game.

- Do I need my own field?
- You need reliable access to one, owning is not required. Most hosts use municipal pitches, indoor turf rentals, or private fields. List your usual spot as a field on your profile so regulars know where to find you.
- How do refunds and cancellations work?
- Players who leave 24+ hours before kickoff are automatically refunded (as platform credits). Late cancellations are not refunded by default, which protects your slot count.
- When and how do I get paid?
- Earnings accumulate in your dashboard (Payments section) as players pay, net of refunds and fees. BallerField pays hosts in CAD by Interac e-Transfer or bank transfer after games are completed; you do not need a Stripe account.
- Can I host free games too?
- Yes. Free games are great for building a community before charging. You still get the chat, field profile, and player management tools.
- What cities is BallerField available in?
- BallerField is new and currently runs in Montreal. If you can fill games in another city, we want to hear from you.
